I always get amused when somebody comes up with a new way for you to waste your money, which is why I had to share this site.  Fiji Coconut Tree, can’t afford your own vacation house on Fiji?  Heck, can’t afford to even go to Fiji, then why not just do the next best thing, and buy a coconut tree in Fiji! :)  That way you can own your own little piece of paradise!  For just $49 you can either buy an existing tree or get a new one planted on one of two “beautiful plantations” in Fiji.

However, I don’t plan on becoming a coconut magnate anytime soon…  Instead, I sponsor a race car!  No, really I do!

Unlike my previous attempt at blogging, I really don’t intend for this to be a real tech centric effort… There’s lots of tech blogs out there, and honestly there’s nothing I can add to the tech discussion that they either haven’t or don’t already do…

But there is one tech related issue that I don’t want to ignore. It’s one that concerns me greatly, especially since I guess I’m now technically an ” internet content provider.”

Well, somehow you’ve managed to stumble upon this site. Consider yourself as one of a privledged few (ok, I need to find a spell checking plug-in that works ) since I don’t plan to tell too many people that this site exists.

You may be wondering why this site even exists… There’s a few reasons, the first is to that I intend for this to be a sort of playground on the interweb for myself. It’s a way for me try some things and learn about web design and publishing. So don’t be surprised if features come and go, parts of the site break from time to time, or it plain old just looks ugly every once in a while.

In addition, I’m hoping for this site to be a little theraputic. It will hopefully be a chance for me to ramble, vent, make fun off etc… anything I feel like. You may not find any rhyme or reason to what I write about, and along the same lines, don’t expect updates on a regular basis. The last thing I want is for this site to become a burden (which is kind of why I stopped my first attempt at blogging) so updates may be infrequent at times.

Finally a note to the spammers (and no I don’t expect any of them to read this, it’s part of that whole rambling and venting thing… ). Please move on and pay no attention to this site. I don’t tolerate comment spam, every comment on this site gets moderated, which means that your garbage won’t ever see the light of day here. These are not the droids you’re looking for… Move along…
