		<description>I love that Bush wants to give the "tax rebate" only to people who actually paid that much in taxes, and the Dems say that's not fair, they should give it to everyone.  Man, that's not fair - some people don't pay taxes - call the Dems and complain!  If you're giving it to people who didn't pay it, it's not a rebate - call it something else please!

And you'd be amazed at how people will spend that money - when I worked in retail jewelry, we would have moms and dads with tiny needy kids come in to figure out how to buy both mom and dad fancy-schmancy jewelry rather than buy themselves or their kids some much-needed clothing, or perhaps deodorant.</description>
